195-0 Scoring Guide
Learn how role fit, specialist bonuses, cabinet balance, country diversity, penalties, and chance combine into a final world conquest score.
What affects a 195-0 conquest score?
Role-category fit does the heavy lifting. A candidate can be excellent in one seat and weak in another, so the strongest cabinet uses specialists rather than five individually famous names.
New to the draft? Start with the five-round field manual, compare the best category fit for every role, then measure the result against the live 195-0 leaderboard.
Role fit
Each role has its own category weights. Military strength belongs in the General seat; media reach belongs in Propaganda.
Specialist bonuses
Strong authority, military, media, and financial matches earn additional raw points.
Country diversity
A cabinet representing at least three different countries receives a composition bonus.
Authority check
A cabinet with no politician, dictator, or military commander takes a major penalty.
Bad assignments
Some deliberately chaotic General and Treasurer choices receive extra penalties.
Limited chance
A cryptographically generated bonus from 0 to 14 adds variation without replacing strategy.
Top candidate categories for every cabinet role
These are the three highest base-weight categories in the current scoring model. They are a planning guide, not a promise that any specific person will appear in a draft.
What do the five result bands mean?
Diplomatic Disaster
The campaign barely clears customs.
Regional Menace
A noisy empire with a few strategic wins.
Continental Threat
A serious campaign with real borders.
Global Superpower
The cabinet starts redrawing the map.
World Dominion
The final stretch toward complete conquest.
What does it take to score 195?
Complete world dominion is intentionally rare. Reaching 195 requires the theoretical best role-category combination, the specialist and diversity bonuses, no penalties, and the maximum random bonus.
- 1Land top-tier fits for all five roles.
- 2Include an authority category.
- 3Represent at least three countries.
- 4Avoid specialist-seat penalties.
- 5Receive the maximum 14-point chance bonus.
