How to Play 195-0
Draft an unlikely five-person cabinet, assign every candidate to a strategic role, and discover how many of the world’s 195 nations your regime can conquer.

How do you play the 195-0 world conquest game?
A complete campaign takes five appointments. The decisions are simple to make, but the order of your candidates can force hard trade-offs between authority, force, media reach, and money.
- 01
Enter the five-round draft
Start a fresh campaign with five empty cabinet seats. Each seat must be filled before the simulation can begin.
No account or download is required. - 02
Read the category and country
Every round pairs one candidate category with one country. That combination determines which public figures can appear in the pool.
Respin either half before opening the pool. - 03
Scout the candidate pool
Review the available names and choose one candidate. The game can use current public results or its bundled candidate archive.
A famous name is not automatically a strong role fit. - 04
Assign a cabinet role
Place the candidate as President, Vice President, General, Propaganda Minister, or Treasurer. Every appointment is final for that run.
Match the category to the job, not just the person. - 05
Simulate and file the result
After all five seats are filled, run the campaign to reveal a score from 0 to 195. Share the result or publish a verified record.
Only the best verified run per commander ranks.
What can you change during a draft?
Respin the prompt
Change the country or category before opening the candidate pool. Once you choose a person, the appointment is locked.
Read the source badge
Candidate pools may come from live public results or the local archive, so the same category can feel different between runs.
Plan around scarcity
Do not spend a rare military, media, or financial specialist on the first open seat without checking the remaining roles.
Which cabinet roles must be filled?
Every run uses the same five jobs. The candidate pool changes, but a complete cabinet always needs authority, support, force, influence, and finance.

From cabinet to world record
The simulation converts the cabinet into a final conquest record. Role fit matters most, while cabinet composition, international diversity, penalties, and a limited random bonus can move the result.
Server-scored runs can be published under a short nickname. The public board shows the score and time, but keeps every cabinet private. Read the complete scoring guide or inspect the live global leaderboard.
195-0 gameplay FAQ
Is 195-0 free to play?
Yes. The complete game runs in a modern browser with no account, purchase, or download.
How long is one campaign?
A campaign contains five draft rounds followed by one simulation. The exact time depends on how long you spend comparing candidates.
Can the same person appear twice?
No. A person already appointed to the current cabinet is excluded from later candidate pools.
Does the biggest celebrity always score best?
No. The candidate category and assigned role matter more than fame alone. Specialists usually outperform random headline names.
Do I need to publish my score?
No. Sharing and leaderboard publication are optional. You can finish a campaign and keep the result entirely on your device.
