195-0 is a free browser-based world conquest draft game. Build a five-person cabinet from an unpredictable mix of public figures, assign each person a strategic role, and discover how many of the world's 195 nations your unlikely regime can conquer.
Every round combines a country with a profession or public persona. You choose a candidate, decide where they belong in the cabinet, and live with the consequences. A brilliant appointment can strengthen the whole team; a gloriously bad one may become the story of the campaign.

The hidden formula
How the Conquest Score Works
The simulation scores how well each candidate fits their assigned role, then considers the cabinet as a whole. Authority, leadership, media influence, financial skill, and international diversity can all change the result.
There is also a small element of chance, so the same strategy will not always produce the same empire. Scores range from a diplomatic disaster near zero to complete 195-nation world dominion.
